Kathleen Vaughan

Kathy Vaughan, Associate Broker/Owner/CRS, has resided in Garden Valley since 1986. Kathy owned and operated a property management business in Garden Valley from 1989 to 1995.

As a 15 year employee of Hewlett-Packard, Kathy managed a group of business and technical professionals chartered to design corporate customer service solutions. This combination of expertise and experience ties in with the professional, customer focused, philosophy of Garden Valley Properties.

During her residency in Garden Valley, Kathy has participated in the ambulance auxiliary, Chamber of Commerce, Garden Valley School, Boise County Youth Mentoring Program, Neighborhood Architectural Committee and Garden Valley Library. As an integral part of the Garden Valley Properties organization, Kathy has contributed management and technical skills, shares ideas and expertise with her peers, has consistently been one of the top company producers and is a Circle of Excellence Honors Award recipient. A graduate of Mercyhurst University, one of the Top 10 Liberal Arts Institutions in the North East, Kathy continuously focuses on education. To that end, she has achieved the CRS Real Estate license designation.

Kathy enjoys introducing visitors to the Garden Valley community she loves. Whether Your interests are land, cabins, homes, acreages, investment property or small business opportunities, Kathy is able to offer her experience and expertise. When not working for clients and customers, you can find Kathy mountain biking, quilting, gardening or snow shoeing with friends and her dogs.
