So, How Does This Work?

Participants must have a valid Villages ID and can sign up for 3 training sessions with This Boat Rocks coaching staff. Each session includes 15 minutes of on-land instruction followed by 35 to 45 minutes of on the water paddling and coaching.

After your 3 free sessions, please bring a check payable to TBR in the amount of $45, which includes a $20 registration fee and $25 for your first month of dues. After that, monthly dues are $25 per month due on the 1st. For added convenience, you may also prepay for 6 months and receive 1 month free. Seasonal resident or snowbird? No problem. Simply let us know when you’ll be away, and dues will be waived during that time. More information »

We use TeamSnap.com to sign up for each paddle session going forward. You will receive an invitation to join after your 1st month’s dues are paid.

Sessions

Wednesdays & Fridays, 9:30–10:30 a.m.
Tip: Register for consecutive dates to get the most from your training.

After three free sessions, continue with This Boat Rocks as a fun exercise team, train for the competitive team, or reach out to other teams on the Grand Masters Dragon Boat Club website for a tryout.

Note: Beginner classes are limited to 10. Extra sign-ups go on a waitlist.
